Need a new transmission

I wrecked my differential and need am looking for a new transmission. I was doing some research on the internet, I found the the code for my transmission is the f25m-r and is the same as the 1st gen (1990-1994) Protege. I would just like to confirm if this transmission will work in my MX-3

ya it will and it's stronger but u have to get a mounting bracket from the pro for it to work

well lets see it had 260 000 kms on it make me an offer and ill see if i can get it back cause i took it to the scrap yard but i know them so i can see if i can get it back..........

i'm going to be putting a bp and a pro lx tranny in my car and my stock engine has 125 k on it and my transmission was just rebuilt 10 000 k ago at mr.transmission
u want it i'm from cambridge?
