Too loud, what if I add a resonator?

Post by Brainless »

I have a custom exhaust with 2" piping and a Brospeed muffler. This setup is too loud because I have no resonator.
-First of all, is it possible to add a res to my current setup cause I don't wanna change all the piping since they're 2 months old?
-What % of noise should I expect to reduced w/ a res?
Thanks!

Hey brainless, I'm guessing that you wont have a choice but get someone to cut your almost brand new piping and put a resonator in place. About % of being less loud, well I don't know about that, but I don't think you'll get pulled over again ;)
