Water Temp Sensor
For some reason my temp gauge when the engine starts and begins warming up goes to off scale high. I believe the temp sensor is feeding the gauge the wrong reading. What should the resistance of the sensor be when the engine is warmed up??
Thanks for any help.

Re: Water Temp Sensor
FIrst make sure the engine is not really over heating! Before you do anything with that replace your your thermostat! It's under 5 bucks. If it's not that then you can mess with the water temp. sensor!
![Cool ](./images/smilies/icon_cool.gif)

Re: Water Temp Sensor
I forgot the answer to your question! The temp needle should be slightly lower than half when warm!
