will 92 parts fit on a 93
yo my grandad is giving me his mx3 but my dad wrecked it and i need some new parts so i asked my grandad what year it was he said 92 so i posted a ad for some parts and got some wicked sweet deals but turns out its a 93 will those parts still fit???????????????

Other than the engine the RS models of the cars are almost the same.
almost all GS models are the same 92-94. 95 and 96 use a ODB2 engine/ecu and a different spoiler plus some other things.
The bodies of both RS and GS are the same except for the GS having the mud guards and lower front lip and the GS having spoilers while the RS have a garnish.
So it depends what you need. If it is body parts you are doing great. and yes, the GS bumper fits on an RS.
NOTE!!!! the 92 has a slightly different hood emblem on it. If you need to replace the hood just mentioning it.
