AZ 3 - MX 3

I have a 93 Jap import Az 3 1.5 dohc that the head gasket has gone and was wonder if the 1.6 engine out of a UK model would fit with my own gearbox. Are other part interchangeable between these models?

Hey, would you not just skim the head and put a new gasket on? It's a better engine than the 1.6 anyway! Gearbox would fit though. A lot of things are interchangeable.
