Speed sensor location and plug pictures??

Post by alamo_kl »

Does anyone have a picture of the plug that goes to the speed sensor? I've got a G trans from a 96ish Probe. Mechanic couldn't figure out why my speedo didn't work, so I took a look last night...and there was nothing plugged in. Found a busted connector, and judging by what little plastic is left, it was gray. 2 pin...looks like it may fit. Red and green wire I believe. If anyone can confirm/post a picture I would greatly appreciate it! *Update* My speedometer works. The speed sensor is the plug on top, firewall side correct? That's definitely not plugged in...

Just to be on the safe side can you take a picture of the plug and post it. Try to show where it is on the harness as well.

I know you believe that you understand what you think I said but I'm sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.
