Nice job sir!
From the outside it is a little far up but i'm sure you barely see it while driving and stuff so i think it's a really cool mod, i like my 2 wipers though =)

The Wifes been quite busy lately with a new venture so that's given me lots of time to play with turbos
and do some research on where exactly I'm going to hook s--- into and what extra pipeage I going to need.
Over the last two days ive hit up the cooling system T pieces and oil hoses and tonight I put together
my plans for the Intercooler and boost pipes. It may end up looking a little different to this once finished and installed
Still need plenty more elbows joiners, clips etc and everything in the picture is probably not in the exact location but this is kinda the way I hope its going to play out.
I have left most of the alu pipes long so they can machined true and to size then welded.

Looking good as always. Do you have a "hope to be boosted by" date yet?
We all want to be fast and look cool. Cool changes but fast never does.

Did this for my own reference and partly towards a guide for the UK peeps.
Only thing I'm not 100% on yet is the oil feed line size for unions/ length
and the water tap, Im happy with location just if I can get the right T pieces yet.

Stealthy

Cheers Evo had to be done this way as there was no way I was having long pipe runs like before on a previous car setup :welder:

Water tap T pieces ordered now and I know the length for the oil line so I will get that purchased too soon
plus a few extra silicon elbows I need.

This project is looking great, question what turbo are you running there? The IHI-VJ14 that came with the 323 GTX 1600cc? If so I would advise against it, that turbo is way too small.

I started my project with the IHI VJ-14 which spooled quick but run out of breath really quickly, then moved to the VJ-11 off the MX-6/Ford probe which worked a bit better until moving to a bigger T-Bird turbo from the Ford Thunderbird Coupe which spools slower but pulls hard right to redline at 14-15psi.

I would advise at least a VJ-11 turbo and a bigger downpipe instead of the restrictive OEM one.

Good luck with the project and let me know if you have any questions turbo wise.

Thanks, I'm using a VJ-11, just a good starter turbo for me really, already got plans to upgrade to a Garrett T3 much later on but I want the oil piston spray bars and electronic boost control for that :)

And thanks if I have anything I will ask :D
