HELP! gtr project crank/no start. HALTECH E6K

alright well where to start...
the mx3 car is running haltech e6k standalone on a gtr bpt. everything is wired up and hooked up. fuel injectors are setup with sequential. i have spark to plugs and im using a MSD 6a with Accel coil. using DOSbox on xp and works fine.
has spark
has fuel
pump works
timing is perfect
cranks but doesnt start.
I am running the base map for gtx that i got from atomic over on clubprotege.com. still doesnt start. ive been at it for a couple months now and my hopes are going down hill.
I would like to know this info for starters, not sure my info is correct with msd n coil
fill the blank for settings i should have.

Mike if you're available or any haltech user help me get this thing started, i just want to hear it turn over already. one step at a time.

I have a basemap kicking around somewhere, just no windows XP to check
it on Halwin. I can send that to you, it has stock ignition settings and got
something silly like 38 mpg.
