i actually hear that a LOT, any BB guy swears by BB's solely because of BBM.
i've seen people who have 2 phones because they like apps on other phones and only use their BB for BBM

BBM is wonderful, I love everything about it and RIM is innovating it more and more.

I swear though, I'll be swayed to an Apple phone if they can setup a physical keyboard with the iPhone. I like touchscreen navigation, but not for typing a keyboard.

Oh hardware keyboards! If the Thrill had that, it would be the best phone I've ever used... The keyboard is a little glitchy, and Swype isn't native, I have to use a beta version That makes it even worse. I want a keyboard!

I'm actually wanting to move to Windows Phone. I own a HTC HD2 that I put Windows Phone 7. Single core 1ghz. It's... Much faster. Better battery.

Since when did Android decide that a dual core 1.5ghz monster of a phone wasn't enough power for it's operating system? It's the difference of a well written OS... And I'm pretty excited about windows phone 8.

For real? That's the first time I've ever heard anything remotely positive about Windows phones... I've always seen them as proof that Windows should just stick to making computer OS's and programs....
Apple on the other hand... haha

I'm not a huge fan of the UI of Windows Phone 7, but it is wicked fast and efficient. When Windows phone 8 comes out and it's integrated with Windows 8, Microsoft is going to again have a complete Platform, like Apple does with their Mac+ipad+iphone.

the interface is growing on me though, I like it the more I use it. the web browser is wicked fast on it compared to android's built in browser as well.

My quintessential device will be the next superphone that has support for WebOS when it is open sourced. WebOS has to be the most pleasant operating system I have used in a very long time! I own the HP Touchpad and it's a joy!
