Bought a Mazda MX3

Post by ratheater »

Greetings all,

I just recently bought a 1995 Mazda MX3 with only 48000 miles.
The green paint is shot, the clear coat is flaking off, however the interior is fantastic.
One bad thing, I am sure that the previous owner puked in the trunk.

Me: What the hell is that smell?
Him: Oh, I left a sandwich in the trunk over the summer.
Me: That's not a sandwich, that's puke.

Me: So it has been sitting awhile then, since you wouldn't drive it with that puke smell.
Him: Oh no, I bought a new car so letting this one go.

Me: How much you want for it?
Him: 2400 dollars, it has only 48000 miles.
Me: Not going to happen, 2 tires are dry rotted, the clear coat is shot and did you smell that puke?

Him: Alright, give me 2000 dollars and it's a deal.
Me: How about 1800 and I will take that puke car with me.

So, I like the car, it drives very nice.
It is missing the rear wing though, need to look for that.

We all want to be fast and look cool. Cool changes but fast never does.

I know you believe that you understand what you think I said but I'm sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.
