Last night I literally read through every related post on my issues,
Yay me! I at least managed to get all my turn signals working again as well as fix all the electrical issues with the front bumper which was a wiring fiasco that took nearly 6 hours (I want to kill the previous owner after that one)
So here's my unsolved issues maybe you guys can help me out: I have a 92 1.6 4cyl manual
1: rear defrost
No light, no defrost, no clicking. Nada. Window prongs and lines are all perfectly in tact, So clearly, yes, would be a relay issue, the problem therein lies that whoever messed with the wiring under the dash made quite a mess and cleaned it up with zip ties (yay me for having to suffer from it) and I can't find the relay to save my life, I've looked for the black/yellow yellow blue yellow yellow wires etc, and I'm either looking in the wrong place or they messed them up, could someone possibly pop under their dash and take a pic of where theirs is located so I have a better ballpark? I also found a random wire with a prong hanging, could it be related? Or possibly related to issue number
2: cruise control.
Fairly certain it has to be an aftermarket one installed because it doesn't appear it had one stock. It's a couple inches below where the stock buttons would be but as of now is a useless "arm" hanging from my steering column. What does it do? Absolutely nothing. I'm not sure if this could be a wiring issue or relay or both (as I do t even get a reaction from anything on it) it seems there is no power to it.
Could it be related to the random wire? What would the wiring schematics consist of for putting a a/m cruise in and where all could I check for problems or making sure it was even hooked up correctly?
Yes I have checked and replaced ALL the fuses that could be remotely related to these issues and tried to follow links for pictures in previous posts however it seems all the ones I need don't exist anymore/invalid urls (they were pretty old)
So here are a few images to give you a better idea, anything helps!
