1996 RS - EGR ISSUES

SO The heading says it all. my check engine comes on once a week, I check it and the EGR code comes up, however i just replaced the EGR -- any ideas on the issue

Check your solenoids.

Also, its possible the EGR tube itself is closed-off with carbon.

Ive take everything apart and cleaned it out, we was all very dirty but am afrid the egr is most likely the cause. Checked the selenoid it looks fine. All my electronics are by mitisubish is that normal!
