What'd you do for mothers day?

Post by Ryan »

I wired in a GXE cluster into my mom's B15 SE Sentra. As far as I can tell, I'm one of the first to do this...

I had to rewire both plugs entirely, and I had a left over, but everything works....

My parents are both 6ft under so now I get involved with doing something for my kids mother. We made concrete patio stones inlaid with flat glass stones. I haven't had any experience with thin-set and found out the hard way there's a reason it's called thin-set. After removing them from the moulds (fancy cake tins) and then having to parge them as the stuff hadn't set up, in the end they look ok and are ready for presentation along with a third one that comes complete with the kids hand prints. Other than that I finished the utility trailer I made and spent the day with the kids.

I know you believe that you understand what you think I said but I'm sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

I flew to L.A. to drive over with my 3 siblings to our mom's house in Arizona. I replaced a mini pond/waterfall with a dry riverbed landscaping in her front yard. I also did a bunch of stuff around the house.... and I was there for Mother's day with all my siblings so that made her day :) Since my dad passed last year, it's been very difficult for all of us so it's good to be together.
