Last 20 I ordered a scanner online from them. Being that I'm really in a hurry, I paid extra for my order to be delivered in 2 days via Fedex.
Today, after receiving NO SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION whatsoever from them, I decided to send them an email, asking about the status of my order. The SECOND I sent the email, I received another email in my inbox. It was from them: a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Looks like they have that issue often enough to set up an automatic response to it.
So I went to Fedex.com, just to find out my order wad been shipped ON THE 22nd!!!
Which means that I paid extra for the fast delivery, only for these people to take 2 days to ship it!
Needless to say, I would NEVER do business with them again.
