I suggest airflow meter and timing. And your trans may be on the way out.... change the fluid and install an aftermarket transmission (air)cooler. You're lucky its lasted this long, they're pretty unreliable. Many many many members have issues with them.

Follow the numbers on the cap.


The cyls are
1 - 3 - 5
2 - 4 - 6


6 being closest to distributor.

Soo I found something odd in my filler cap .......... Brown sludgey foam....
On a good note I put in new spark plug leeds and that kinda stopped the shuddering and backfi ring..

You could try one of those "head gasket repair" liquids from Bar's Leak. I don't have a lot of faith in them, but for the cost, it may be worth the risk...
