Some of you long-time forum members may remember...
MazdaManiac himself ( Jeff Abrams ) was back on the east coast this past weekend.
He was the tuner for an RX-8 dyno day at the shop.
First time I met Jeff was way back in 2000. Awesome to see him again. Said he misses his old MX-3.
For those not in the know, Jeff's car was an inspiration for a lot of builds around 1999-2003.

Pft, he inspired me to try my hand at a ZE swap, I mean if he could do it I surely could.... lol jk- he was lightyears ahead of the rest of us. We were still timid about doing ZE swaps and he was making custom SC set-ups with Nasa grade prop shafts...
Also, I'd say his car is still one of the best quality MXers (whoever has it...)(as long as it is not as bad as the guy who bought the CS car... poor poor MX-3...)
So is he still driving his turbo RX8?
