[WTT] 97 Ford Explorer for MX-3

I am looking to trade my 97 Ford Explorer (KBB value approx USD 2500) for an MX3 + a little $. I would prefer a 4 cyl, automatic. My details are as follows:

97 Ford explorer XLT V8 5.0
color gold 302K miles
Automatic
OEM alloy wheels
AC
Leather seats
dual power seats
rook rack
new AC compressor
new water pump
new spark plugs & wires
new AC evaporator
new water/coolant hoses in the engine compartment

I replaced/fixed the following:

Cruise control buttons
center concole cover and rear vents and cup holders
keyless entry buttons
heater control valve

Nice things about the truck:

It rides smooth w/o any problems.
We confidently drive it 100 miles everyday to and from work without hesitation.
Very quiet and comfortable.
Nice powerful engine (what you expect of a V8)

Not so nice things about the truck:

Seats are a little worn but no tears.
Rear inside door handle need fixing.
Headliner worn but not sagging.
Coffee spots/stains on the carpet.
Not very economical (what you expect of a V8 explorer)
CD changer magazine is missing

This truck I bought for my father-in-law as a gift. I fixed a lot of things to bring it up to the level that he should not have any problems with it since he is not mechanically inclined, not to mention, a little elderly. He used it for less than a month but he got hospitalized and could not drive anymore.
