VERY indecisive person to deal with. He attempted to purchase some cruise control parts from me and in the process went back and forth on whether or not he should buy them (understandable). Finally, he sent money only to realize the magnitude of the project (prior to researching what is involved), then requested we "hold off"... so I did. I then mentioned I'd throw in some other parts needed to install the cruise control and long story short, he agreed and decided to "go ahead with it." I remained skeptical and took my time packing it all up and I'm glad I did because sure enough, he asked me to "hold off" yet once again. After waiting several days, he then requested a refund, which had been issued.
Just an FYI to everyone, it's not that he doesn't pay or is a scammer, but he can be a significant time-waster.
