I had to file a claim with paypal and get my money refunded I would recommend you do the same Jesse.

Ya he wouldn't reply to any messages I sent. I got the feeling he was shady so I filed a claim. Best of luck getting your cash back! On the bright side he didn't even try to fight that.

lame! I got a set of brake pads from him no problem... sad to hear he didn't follow through on the other items... I would say for now no one else do any transactions with him!
