So the chime/beep is constant even when driving. i disconnected the 15 amp room fuse and the chime/beep stopped, but wouldnt recieve a rpm reading or engine temp nor shift out of gear.
Has anyone experienced this problem before? theres no warning lkights present. i was going in the direction of a bad door switch. what do u guys hting?

I would say either the door switch or the seat belt switch in the seat.
