Rockauto is good for knowing what's available from different companies, and for getting part numbers to work with. IMO, if you live in Canada, the shipping prices are outrageous...

I'll agree with the shipping price, it's rediculous
Re: What websites do you guys order from
I just bought a muffler from Rock auto. $135 delivered vs $185 here. Oh by the way the muffler is made in Canada and took as long to get as the resonator I bought from the dealership coming from Toronto. I find their delivery charges reasonable on most items

I know you believe that you understand what you think I said but I'm sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

Sometimes, I call up a store! Like a building that exists in or near a city, and ask them their prices. The price is often similar to online after shipping, you don't have to wait, and its easy to return if its messed up.

Shipping costs depend on the item cost, you can thank the customs and duty charges @ the border for the outrageous prices on some items to some extent, and then some other companies just charge you up the wazoo as soon as your out of country. I looked up denso o2 sensors direct off their US site and it was $133 cdn delivered for 2 oem 02 sensors from them, locally they were between $150 (part source) and $250 (mazda) for the exact same 02 sensor EACH!! In this day and age with online shopping being more prevelant you would think that these companies would start getting more competitive.
