you own a mx-3 and your turning to another club?!?! you trader!!! this is the main problem with the mx-3 club, half the members take part in other non mx-3 meets... and than people wonder why we only get like max 10 people out to a meet.

It depends. Mixed clubs are great since there's a variety of cars, it keeps things fun and interesting. The higher profile clubs will require some kind of approval. Sometimes just to get in the club, others to be part of the elite group of the club, say to be part of the show team. Mind you, there are some clubs that win awards like "best club" because of the amount of cars that attended.

Just starting a club for just starting a club doesn't work unless you've got a goal in mind....a certain type or manufacturer? You want to fill a hole in a local area where a club doesn't exist? Do you want to start a club because you're not welcome in others or don't like the members/type of people in that club?

Indeed I've been part of TSS/EC since 2005 and of course being part of the Mx-3 club since 2002. They're 2 totally different groups. With a non-car-specific club is that you hang around with them for more reasons than just because you have all the same type of car.

If you just want to start your own club just to start your own club, odds are it won't catch on.

Im starting "The Caveman Club". We go out and hunt all day then whack our women over the head and drag them home. Your car has to be made of wood and stone and propulsion is provided by two feet and ten toes. I got my hands on some really bada*s JDM granite wheels and my dash is pure flint. Cultured marble interior and saber tooth skin roof. I go gruntin down the road with my own bad self.

Because the MX-6 people don't seem to want to have a club of there own, I have to find mixed clubs or affiliate with clubs who have the same platform/engine as moi but now I know there is a local MX-3 club, I can stalk.. er associate with them..
