It's funny how I thought my subs took up a ton of room.. but some of you guys have no room

not that it's needed, but I do use the little bit of space that's left for groceries.

Exactly, just some thin wood and wrapped it in cloth I picked up at Fabricland. It's actually 2 layers with a hinge so I can access the PC underneath. The hard part was wrappping the "MAZDA".

I'd do it again, but using vinyl...which was actually planned, got a new PC case all prepped and painted for it, but thus, never got to that point.

The CarPC lower section was thrown out, but onlytrueromeo has the cover itself.

I have an Alpine Cda 9884 Head if my memory serves(Too lazy to go out and look :/), I have a 12" JBL sub and a 150W amp.

I never understood how they come up with the wattage for the amps. My lil 12 hits almost as hard as my best friend's 15" D3 with a 1000W kenwood amp(Less vibration too, and no... I didn't dynamat my car)

Mine has an Alpine 9805 detatchable CD, MP3, XM stereo, with custom kickpanels with Directed 2 way speakers, and tweeters in them, and 8” midbasses in the doors (all Boston Accoustics), and an Alpine alarm with remote locks.

In the corner to the left, you can see one of the fiberglass speaker boxes that point right to my ears. They sound incredible! I only need enough volume to enjoy my music, and these do the trick with clarity. I have another head unit (I don't remember what) that has all the stuff, including an auxiliary jack, and BlueTooth. A friend that works as an installer said that it is an excellent unit. I'll put it in one day. Someone else did the sound setup, since I know Jack about it. I'm thinking about putting a stealth bass under my seat. However, with the midbasses, I put in a CD from a friend, and when the bass hit, it scared me. I thought I lost a tread, or something

man i haven't been on teh forums in a long time.

yes i am still making stuff. just business has been slow. hit me up on AIM or PM i will discuss more in depth but teh range for door pods is 75-100 for the mx3. it really depends on fabric choice and design.
