Uhhhmm? well if you tighten everything up to specs with a torque wrench if you dont have one thats okay. and all your rubber gaskets or what ever you wanna call them are in place and no metal to metal is happening. you wont hear a clunk sound unless something is loose or your shocks are bad. and they most likely will be now that you have those tiny A** springs. ive seen those before and they are TINYYYY
ok but i went some to a shop and they showed me them and they are really that loose .. so would that make them fall off or something .. we have some nice size pot holes here.. .. (they dont fix sheet.)
and
what are everyones thoughts about the KSPORT PRO COILOVERS SPRINGS ?????
The ones you have will work my friend. they will just fine! just be a bit bouncy!
The two adjusters make sure there touching and tightened together then you will be fine, also make sure all of them are set at the same height like 45 should be a good drop;D
and all 4 of the strut bolts are tightened down after you slip it up there. and tighten down your strut mount bolts really good (those are the two bottom bolts on the bottom of your shock)
there not going to just FALL off because of a giant a-- pot hole.
They look legit to me. Havn't ever seen them before.
If you want more people to start responding to your stuff. your better off just making a worklog with lots of pictures of everything than ask your questions that way. it works better.
The deal with DropZone springs...they are a much shorter spring than the stock spring so when resting on the bottom perch, the top of the spring will not reach the upper perch unless there is weight on it...like a car for example. They are extremely stiff because they lower the car about 4" and they have to be super stiff to keep you from destroying the bottom of your car. In short...they are total crap...which is why they are so cheap.
I am not familiar personally with DZ coilovers...but I would not put them on my car. Even if they were free.
You have a nice set of HPs. Get a nice set of H&R springs and you'll have a pretty good ride about 1" lower.
You actually do get what you pay for. If you pay next to nothing you get garbage. You have a pile of garbage there. Send them back or sell them.

I wasn't trying to be mean. I have strong opinions regarding Drop Zone.
I was just trying to be clear that I think DZ suspension parts are junk. It's not his fault. He didn't know. Those HP shocks are a good quality part. Put a good quality spring on them and you're golden.
