hybrid turbo how to?

checked all the wreck yards not one 323 gtx in all of the eastern gta... so i am ordering it from mazda and going to get raped on this manifold...lol... when people talk about the tbird turbo hybrid. is this turbo off of the 2.3? hopefully so since there are quite a few local... what all is involved in making a hybrid turbo? i searched and can't find a write up on it..
