Factory Shop Manual - Help Please
I've transplanted the cruise control from my wrecked donor GS into my RS (Along with the electronic/logic HVAC control, rear disks/brake booster/master cylinder, front & rear performance rod, etc).
The HVAC and cruise control swaps are a nightmare for anyone who's curious. (If you want to do them properly by opening up the existing wiring harnesses and placing the wire pins in the proper harness connectors, as well as nicely taping together the main wiring harness with the new wiring.). I was a car audio installer for 4 years before going back to university, and still do many electrical installs, and this has even frustrated the hell out of me.
The point of my boring ramble is that the '95 online shop manual is missing page Z-118 (among many others). This is right in the middle of the cruise control wiring schematic section, and it may hold the key to why I can't get it working.
If anyone has this page and it does contain pertinent information/schematics I'd be willing to pay for it.
Thanks.

Re: Factory Shop Manual - Help Please
I may have that page at home but my shop manual is from a 92 - would that even work for you? I also have scanned in copies of the 92 body electrical troubleshooting manual cruise control section and wiring diagrams that I can email you...

Re: Factory Shop Manual - Help Please
The '95 body troubleshooting manual is complete, but it just gives troubleshooting procedures assuming the wiring was done correctly.
The '92 workshop manual cruise control wiring schematic section may work, provided it is complete.
It may be something as simple as a hooped cruise control module. But I have no idea how common that is. I've triple checked all my wiring for continuity and proper voltages, etc. I just don't know if there's something I'm missing from that page.
Thanks Mark. Let me know.

Re: Factory Shop Manual - Help Please
Flyer, I really appreciate your help. The only problem is, the Body Electrical Troubleshooting Manual is complete online. It's actually section Z from the actual workshop manual that I need. It's a section called wiring diagrams, and it's all schematics. There's about 6 pages from z-116 to z-122 pertaining to the cruise control, and it's one of those pages that is missing.
Not to sound ungrateful, because I really do appreciate your effort.
