I was just going to spend a day and spray some high build on it, smooth it, and paint it satin black. I'd like it to look o.e. ya know? But I'm always open to ideas. I'll prolly do suede for the headliner, but nothing else.

a few years ago we were going to do something like this on 2nd gen eclipse... we were going to have custom paint and put patches of the CF like it was coming out of the paint...

but looking back it would have ended up being really tacky

HAHAHA thanks, I need to hear these things. Sometimes I just get dumb ideas trying to brainstorm on what to do next. I am ashamed of asking that question. I have since started smoothing them down I'm on my 3rd coat of high build and been blocking it for-what seems like-ever. It's gonna look like original equipment (I'm hoping).

I ordered a bunch of the real CF cloth and resins, it's expensive wow! I'm gonna try to overlay some small pieces for aesthetic purposes. Got a bunch of spare parts from the wreckers that I'm gonna try out. If it works it works, if not, I tried....
