install kl31 cams now i got problems

well i got my kl31 cams in the mail couple of days ago. so i decided to swap the kl01 out for the kl31. well at the process i change the timing belt, water pump all the pulleys and bearings. the car starts right up but it has a missfire and exhaust smells real bad. but once you give it gas the missfire goes away. i have double check timing allthe marks line up. i also intall a udp.

Have you timed the motor yet with a timing gun when the car was in diagnostics mode?
