Re: Ricer Exhaust To Stealthy SportsCar Exhaust

Solution:
Step 1: Buy the Apexi WS2. It's got wicked good reviews. Look up youtube videos.

Step 2: Install a resonator along with such. I have a carsound and a flowmaster hushpower. They both do the job.

Step 3: Do all of this just for SuperK's benefit. Because he really really wants to know the volume of said muffler.

SOLVED!

I have a 22" or something cherrybomb glass pack. It's not super loud, but I wish it were a little quieter. I might eventually try a different muffler as I am currently using a magnaflow straight through.

i used two and a quarter inch piping from the cat back took out my resonator and have an 1 1/2 no name muffler on my car really really REALLY deep and at exactly 4000rpms it starts to make that raspy bweeeinggg sound haha and yeah the power increase was pretty noticable with that.

why do you have a 1 1/2" muffler attached to 2.25" piping?

I was recommended Moroso's Spiral Flow muffler, they have a 2.5 inch one.

Yoda recommended it to me a while back, (I am pretty sure it was yoda at least) and I do have a lot of trust and respect for his opinion.

You can use this one as a resonator and I guarantee you it will make a world of difference.

no, you won't have any problems mating it to your 2.25 piping.

You can purchase them for 50-60 dollars at various auto parts stores online.

Google search for moroso exhaust. I know summit racing carries the muffler.
