I was on a quest to get 12s on the slowest possible setup for the car and I finally did it.
Here's the setup
Running the base map, untuned
8psi on the wg spring, boost controller off
full interior
street tires at full pressure
pump gas
really heavy toolbag in the back ~50lbs
I made a few 12.9 passes last night. There's video of the first one. With a 2.0 60ft it should see a 12.8 on the same setup.
I'm maxing out my trap in 4th on the current rim/tire setup. Once my new rims/tires arrive I'll tune it and up the boost more and look for lower times.

Went out tonight on the same setup as Wednesday but I dropped my tire pressure a little. I even still had the toolbag in the back. Real close to a 12.7.
I can drive it whenever I want, the only real creature comfort it lacks is Air Conditioning. It's got full interior, a stereo, rides nice, no funny engine smells in the car. Around town I drive it with the cutout closed and boost controller off, it's really fun that way on the street. I take it on out of town road trips on the weekend. The week before last I drove it about 300 miles around town.
I don't daily drive it anymore, mainly because it has a nice paintjob on it that I don't want to ruin driving in rush hour. I have 2 other cars, a 95 civic hatch (45mpg) and an 04 IS300 with no miles on it. I usually drive the civic everywhere because it gets the best mileage and has the most footroom.
As for how much it costs, that's up for debate. To make one as fast and nice as it is now would be expensive. There's quite a few one off custom parts and very rare out of production parts on there. I can't really put a number on it. The modlist in my sig will give you an idea. The only thing not on that list is the isotta steering wheel and wrap around spoiler.
