Help Removing the Crank Sensor

I removed the bolt but the sensor is solid, how do i get it out? Thanks

Try turning it, if it can't turn by hand try using some tools to do that, once it can turn you should be able to pull it out with alot of wiggling.

I'll give er a go again. The dam dip stick is in the way and it dosen't want to come out. From the way the houseing is cut it looks like it screws out.

Yea the dipstick is a massive pain, I grabbed the bracket that holds it to the motor and pulled it up using that. Just twist and pull really hard and it'll come out.

i just changed mine the other day and it was a pain, just try to turn it left and just pull the dip stick towards you not hard but enough to get it past it, it shouldnt break, mine didnt atleast . i had a hard time getting the whole sensor out lol

Thanks, I'm just taking it out for a spare. I have a spare everything for my car. I just scored another ECU off the 96 I'm pulling a K8 from so once I get an inventory I'll have a pile of parts to sell.
