Not mine, mine looked like this.
It ran fine, but the powerband was very peaky. The short runner velocity stack design I had on mine was much more friendly for revving beyond the stock rpm range. It did make a nice increase in power on boost though. All motor it was gainless.
The one in the original post looks more like a home brew copy of the stock IM with no restrictions. As one off as most of these IMs are it's a crap shoot as to which provide better gains. The rule of thumb is that long runners help tq and short runners help hp.
I've very happy with my gutted millenia IM for my turbo setup.
