Weird Mx3 HORN problem

so i parked my car went inside and a couple hours after my horn started gonig off...
it would not stop jus keeps beeping. not consecutive beeps but as if sum1 is holding the horn button down. my alarm wouldnt unlock so i had to open the door with the key.. so now horn and alarm are going off... i disconnected my horn inside and its still going off... i tried starting the car. and it wont start. i tried disconnecting the battery, and reconnecting it and its still going off.. so i dont know what it can be

has anyone ever had this problem or know why its happening?
