I have that exact amp. My sister's boyfriend has that exact sub.
I like the amp, Its never been too weak (I've ran two tens off of it @ 2ohms) and its never given me any problems. Adjusting is is a bit of a pain, and the next amp I buy will have a remote bass control.
The sub works good, I really like the design of the rubber surround, because it seems unlikely you could push the sub hard enough to stretch it to the breaking point. It seems very sturdy, and it sounds nice.
I've heard good things about JBL amps, and Polk speakers/subs. I vote buy from Ebay.
