So if I'm right, you are putting GS dorrs onto your RS and you want to be able to use the power functions...just being clear.

Your RS doesn't have the "Power Package" harness installed in it from the factory. There are also probably relays missing under your dash for those functions. You could still do it, but you would need to know a bit about electricity. It would be far easier to just transfer the guts of your RS doors to the new doors and put your interior panels on them.

Well...in that case it's possible that the harness is in there and just unused. You would have to get under the dash and search for a bundled up unused bit of wire harness.

I didn't think that the RS had power options.

My old RS had power mirrors. If yours had fatory power windows there's a good chance they all have the same harness.

All our cars came with power mirrors. I didn't know mine had power mirrors until I accidentally found the switch. I never noticed it; its in an odd spot. The switch is on the left hand side of the dash right below/next to the functional and/or fake buttons.

I don't have any power options on my RS either...

I converted my RS to have power windows. there's a plug connector by the hinges. The harness is already there from the factory.

Easiest way is to swap out the doors from a gs and plug the connector by the hinges. it's plug and play.

If not, you need the following parts from a gs:
2x power window motor
driver side switch
driver side harness
passenger side switch
passenger side harness
2x gs door panel - optional
