You really need to search on this one. We've gone over it many times. Rule of thumb... you get what you pay for.
Most turbos alone should start at that price. I'm guessing with the intercooler and piping and couplers.. it's probably closer to a $200 turbo. Ya... that'll last. Also.. I'm a little worried that the seller seems to think that that turbo is good for a 1.6/1.8L thru to 2.5L of displacement. Ya, ok.
I would not touch this with a 10' ford pole.
