NEED HELP ON BP ENGINE AND FOR A SAFC NEO SETTING

Ok first i tell you my set up:

BP05 engine port & polish with gtx cam & lifter
IHI VJ20 turbo
BP26 intake & exhaust manifold
custom intercooler & piping
BOV turbosmart
BP05 wiring harness
BP26 MAF
4 wire TPS
BP05 ECU
Apexi SAFC NEO
A/F Wideband gauge
boost gauge
pyro gauge

So first question is about the SAFC NEO . I set to flap , 7in , 7out something else to set? cause right now the engine start run idle for 30 sec ich and die or if i tried to give some fuel he die instantly. he never go over 3500rpm what's wrong ? i think it's the a /f ratio the problem but can i correct that with the SAFC and how ?

Second Question is about ECU . if i want to swap the BP05 for tha BP26 ECU do i have to switch some pin out? and which one
