Need Guidence on boosting my B6DE
Hi I am still learning on boosting and need a little guidence from some experts. I have read, search, and researched everything that I will need in order to boost my 1994 MX-3 RS 5spd. Also I have read Maximum Boost (havent finished reading it yet) and I know what my goal is; 200 to 250whp, but for now is just to install my turbo and work my way up.
The car is basically stock. All it has are: Custom Intake with filter, Custom 2 1/4 exhuast, 8.5 mm Magncore Wires with NGK Spark Plugs, Corksport Front and Rear Strut Bars, Stage 1 ACT Clutch, and a B&M Short Shifter. I already bought a brand new 88-89 323 GTX Turbo Manifold, a completely rebuilt to new 92 MX6 VJ-11 Turbo, a 26x6x3.5 Corksport Intercooler, a Walbro 255lb Fuel Pump, and a HKS SSQV BOV. Yet to come: Cartech RRFPR, Tial 38mm (10.65psi), Stage 2 Spec clutch and Spec light flywheel, Intercooler Pipes, MSD 8762 Boost Timing Master Unit, MSD 6A Ignition, MSD Blaster SS Coil, Manual Boost Controller, Unorthodox Underdrive Pulley, HKS Turbo Timer, etc.
The problem I am having is what would be the perfect size injectors? I read that some go with 330cc and some go with 440cc but the part I dont understand is High/Low Impudence, Peak and Hold, and Saturated? Which one do I get?
Where do I find an oil line kit?
Also I am looking for a perfect fuel management system. ATI fuel management is my first chose but cant seem to find it. However, you guys seem to go with DIY Meagasquirt.
A thousand thanks to any help!

I would go with the Megasquirt and some 1s gen probe/mx-6 turbo injectors. So far it seems like you are gathering some nice parts. 200whp shouldn't be a problem with your set up. Good luck!

Well I would get the MS to get better power and gas millage. If you going all out better do it right or nothing IMO.

MS will add the fuel that the POS rrfpr will "try" to. Why not work with a fuel map and being proactive instead of reactive with a rrfpr?

^ agree a fpr will come in handy when making tons of power, but not with a 200whp+ set up

Re: Need Guidence on boosting my B6DE
power has little to do with it. RRFPR is an old crappy way to add fuel based on pressure. With an engine management system like MSNS you can add your fuel and retard your timing without the need for crappy diaphram based external fuel adders. but, if you want to buy something you don't need and have a crappy tune at the same time.. go for it.

Thanks for the advice.
So get the Megasquirt and some 1st generation Probe/MX-6 Turbo Injectors and I shouldnt bother with a FPR or the FMU because what you are saying is that the Megasquirt will handle what the FPR and FMU can, correct?

You may still want to upgrade the fpr... ESP if you are tossing in a 255lph pump. No need to risk a 15 yearold stock fpr. (do NOT cheap out on this upgrade)

I wouldn't worry about the External Wastegate either.
The Ihi vj series turbo you want to use is internally gated.

I missed that. Hard to use an external gate on the stock 323 mani.
EDIT... I was also wondering about the CS intercooler. I'm not too sure about the fitment of the 3.5" wide cooler. When I spoke to them, they said you'll have to do some mods on the bumper/cover at the endtanks. I'm using a 2.5" but I'm sure there is a way... there's always a way.

Hey thanks for the info guys. FPR will be upgrade (and no I dont go cheap lol). So i guess I wont need a the tial wastegate (glad I didnt buy it yet). Yeah I aslo spoke with Corksport and they told me that this would be the best intercooler for my set up but does require to be modify a bit to fit but like you said there is always a way.
