I'm trying to determine what is the best number of runs in a night, without doing too many, because I don't want to wear my car, unnecessarily. So, if everyone's best was in the 1st 5, for instance, I'll limit myself to that number of runs.

for me it's all about seat time and getting used to how my car is going to react... and that changes with each new mod whether it be different bushings, motor mounts, better tires, or a different throttle feel with a bored out TB...

when I got my most recent best time it was run 8 out of 11

Yeah. When I get outta here, I'm going to find a flat 1/4 mile somewhere private, and practice. I'm thinking about getting a G-Tech, too. Maybe we could all use it, and help offset the cost a little.
That's good to know it was your 8th run. I thought the clutch would fade, and the car would be hot by that time, and run times would increase.

holy crap!! 17 runs? Hell I am lucky if I get five in a night. There are soooooooooooo many people that show up to race its crazy!

usually around 12-13 run a night
