I'm selling my engine because I did a BP swap. wg is 9psi. VJ-14 turbo. Spooled pretty quick. Engine has 112k on it and was taken care of. Comes with trans but it probably needs a new clutch. It started slipping under boost.

It's the engine in this pic. Yes it comes with the spiffy stainless shield.

any shaft play?

Turbo is a VJ14 and when I put it in it was fine. It still feels fine. No smoking.

Local pickup only or buyer will have to arange shipping from 60046.

I have another manifold and vj-11 turbo. Boost was later around ~2500rpm. Make an offer.

The distributer mod isn't on the original 1.6L engine in the pics. That's the stock distributer.

i noticed about the disty
sight unseen (assuming the turbo spins freely, no play) id say 75-100

I've ran the vj-11 and it's fine. The vj14 was cheap and I'd rather have the ubber spool. Good 11s go for ~100-150 and the manis go for ~50.

I have another matching vj-11 and still considering boosting the g/fs 3.8 stang.

Need the mani? It was welded where they all crack. $50
