shutter valve and/or selenoid?

I have a 92 V6 K8,

I just got the car running after a years sitting around....
I noticed only one shutter valve was moving.

The car bearly runs.
Could this be my problem?

Hey Sensor still fubard, but it was the MAF sensor connection.
