I really don't want to sound like a jerk, so forgive me, but the disputes can't be reopened if I close them. I can wait until august 1st. That should be long enough for everything to be straightened out.

As long as the lip arrives by then, and you can refund me on the GS air intake, we're all peachy clean and everything is handy dandy.

Look, I know I've dealt with you once before and the transaction was pleasant.

This has not been a pleasant transaction.

It's been over a week now since you said you re-shipped it, and it's heading it's way to two months since I've paid for it and I haven't received the lip...
... And I still haven't seen any money from the intake.

I've asked for results both on the forum and via paypal and have received silence.

I've escalated both disputes into a claim.

Look, if you don't have time to deal with trading, hold off on it.
Don't sell items you can't deliver. Please.

Matt, you said tomorrow you would be shipping my switch for sure...

if I don't receive confirmation through, PM, email or a post right here by tomorrow at noon (PST) that you have shipped my item (I WANT A TRACKING NUMBER or a scanned receipt that you shipped it to me with my zip code) then I will seek next steps with Barry. It looks like you are pretty active and I hate to do it but I have had hundreds of transactions through this board and ebay and I refuse to sit down if I think I am being scammed... and you have had more than enough time to make this right.

I have been more than accomidating with my requests for communication and I'm not asking for express shipping (which would be the right thing to do at this point for the delay as a good business person).

With regards too Kris, I dont use paypal all that much and I took it out awhile back when I recieved it. Kris add me too msn but they are both going too be shipped out tommorow already packaged. Its a civic holiday today here and nothing is open. Tracking numbers will be provided
