Timing Belt Broke; engine is disassembled

Post by pauleatstoomuch »

Greetings!

My timing belt broke in my 95 RS. I have pulled the engine and completely dissassembled it. I am now putting it back together and rebuilding it. When I put the new timing belt on, how do I line up everything since the belt broke, and probably is not in the right position.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

just go to the online shop manual B1-84 shows the timing belt reinstall

good luck post again if you have any other questions its better being right the first time then going back and redoing it 2 or 3 times
