well i just have the parts around to try it so i think im going to, see what im thinking is if i use the lower end from the kl03 the one with lower comp than the klze,then the head rasing the comp will only put me close to the klze block...dont know yet if ill be right but well see...

Yeah, like i mentioned, you may learn something totally different that could not have been foreseen. I'm intrigued.

anyone know the valve size's on both the 1.8 and the 2.5 ,and the valve seat sizes for both?
