Millenia master cylinder
Is millenia master cylinder same as 929? Do I have to modify Millenia m/c to fit onto mx-3? Id like it to just bolt on if possible.

I don't think so. IIRC, the Millenia uses a 15/16 bore and I know the 929 uses the 1" bore.
I wouldn't bother with it unless you fully understand the math behind the braking system. I don't think that the 929's master is entirely bolt on without having to bend a brake line or 2. Change pad compounds to increase brake torque if that is what you are after (the cheapest alternative to better braking).
