94 Turbo 4cyl

Post by nolig2278 »

I have revived my father's 94 4cyl DOHC MX-3 and I am wondering why the greddy oil gauge is jumping between 0 and say 25 while boosting?
I hear no pinging.
Narrow band Greddy 02 also seems to stop displaying when this happens.

Everything is stock except the Ihi turbo from a mercury capr, the ic/piping, RRFPR and larger blue top injectors and larger fuel pump.

I am trying to make this stable enough for my wife so I don't have to worry much about it while I maintain my BPT.

Thanks
94 RS to BPT
2.5 FMIC
MicroSquirt
2.5 Exhaust

That is super low. What does it read at idle? Where is the probe for gauging oil plummed into? I bet you have a bad ground where you have your gauges wired to. Double check the power and ground.
