That's what they WANT you to think. Remember, velociraptors run at 10 m/s and they know no fear.

I never realized how close I came to being eaten by a crazed pre-historic killing machine.

Man...you think you're safe in the mountains at night...makes you think.

That sounds like an awesome trip, reminds me of when I flew to Portland to pick up my MX-3 after the swap, we (my wife went with me) drove back to Chicago in 48 hours. Going through curvy mountains is almost as much fun as my wife's curves.

We have our own facility in Memphis known as Shelby Farms - the cover is that this is a safe park for the community (and the buffalo) but the government has other programs too :o

Wytbishop, I'm just starting to read through your worklog and so of course this had to be read first :)

EPIC! I am amazed how far you went for it. Good job - I'm glad people still have such determination towards the MX-3!

Thanks...I would do the drive again in a heartbeat, but not in December. Driving down the center of a 2 lane divided highway at 11pm and 60kph because you can't tell where the shoulders are is not cool. Some of the scariest hours of my life were spent on that drive.
