okay, I just changed my injectors, and had all those problems that I was referring to. Interestingly enough, the fix was kinda easy.

first, I will go into some history....

I changed my injectors to the probe gt ones so I could get more fuel.

after I did that, it ran like crap. I thought it was the knock sensor, because the wiring was all crap. It turns out, my knock sensor has been bad for a LOOONG time, it just didn't show any symptoms at all......hmmm interesting. the wires were broken about an inch or two back from the plug. it seems like that wasn't the fix for it at all. I tried everything, I even got my friend to come over and put it on his snap on computer checking thingy. that's when I found out the prob.

the codes it through were:

-knock sensor(ya, no sh!t, the wires aren't even hooked up)
-mass air flow sensor(VAF) or connection
-intake air temperature sensor??? or connection
-egr sensor plug misadjustment or something like that(ya, no kidding, I bypassed it when I did my turbo swap, so I don't care about that one.)

it turns out, my VAF decided to crap out right when I changed my injectors. weird, I must have bumped it or something. I replaced it with a probe gt kl02 vaf, and now it seems to run great! still a bit rich, but that okay, because I am turbo'd anyway!

so, to sum it all up, I think the knock sensor must not do too much to make these cars run properly, because mine isn't even hooked up, and it runs great, no knocking or anything, and it takes boost right up to 10psi, and loves it. also, the egr stuff is stupid, and should be disconnected if your emissions laws allow it. I am also wondering if there is even a intake air temp sensor on our cars??? anyone confirm this??

Anyways, now I am driving again! yay.

thanks for all the help people.
