They're white. Rubber included. No tax. Good luck finding them for that price. You might be able to get cheap rip offs, but not a good brand rim... These aren't rotas...<p>Sorry I don't have any pics. They're at my place in Ottawa, but I'll likely bring them up to TO soon. I go to KW on weekends sometimes.
