so do i have to use a complete stand alone? or can i use a fuel controller and a adjustable fuel regulator? im kind of new at tuning, just ran a stock engine for a long time and figured id upgrade the cams and some other stuff. we dont have a dyno down here so no turbo for me just want to stay n/a. wonder how much i can get out of my b6ze? im getting my head ported and polished and the port matched to the mani's. integral stage 2 cams, bp injectors, probe header and a cai. also gonna put on a lightened crank and flywheel.

being that ur a 94 i don't think ur ecu can control the bp injecters.. i could be wrong on this.. does some one know this...

i stay away from any piggy back or fuel controller or SAFC II or I (POS)

for what ur thrying to do i thing ur good with ur factory shyt.. using the stage 2 cams i see how it runs on factory setup..

ahh i see. ya i heard our ecu's get messed up with these fuel controllers but i just wanted to ask. ill see what happends when i install them when im done building the engine. ill let you know how it works out. i would probably benefit from a air/fuel gauge just to keep an eye on it. thanks limegreen saved me 300 bucks haha

A air/fuel gauge IS ALSO A WASTE 50-80 bucks it a narrow band and not effiect..

invest in a wideband not that will tell u if ur running lean or rich and can save ur engine when u spot ur running lean because them u have a choice to keep going know ur running lean or left off the gas..

now thats a wise 300-+ dollars spend

what do u mean i save u 300 u mean piggy back or fuel controller or SAFC II or I..

reason why i said the bp injecter might not work is because years ago when i was getto.. I had bp some 1.6 dohc injecters on my 93 1.6 sohc for some reason it didn't want to work idlea like crap misfired sound like shyt.. but when i put the bp injecters it was fine like i never even change.. crazy is that the mx-3 was able to run with a bp-10 ecu and ran fine.. i wanted to see if the ecu from the 94 mx-3 i had would work on a 93 mx-3 well it didn't

guess what im trying to say is that ur b6-de injecters did't work on my sohc ecu do i doubt that the bp injecters won't work on ur dohc ecu

oh i was just meaning i was thinking about getting a piggy back fuel controller that night and it was 300 bucks and i read your reply and some other who say its basically crap so i decided not to. now with the wideband o2 sensors, do they screw in to the factory spot or do you have to make a new one? ya that is weird, so if i was adding more fuel id have to get a stand alone or some kind of controller that would override the ecu since it wouldnt like the bp injectors on the stock ecu.
